We are excited to announce Chat assist, this is an exciting new way to contact us to with your issues. Any time that we are available on Chat M-F 8-5 you will be able to start a chat either from our website by going to www.albrightnetworks.com and selecting live chat, or if you are a Manged client you will see a little icon in your task bar that will allow you to start a chat with us. Not only can you chat to us but we can chat back. For instance if you open a ticket via Chat or even via the phone and a technician is not available at the time of the ticket creation they can see that you are available and chat back to you. If you are a managed Client you will soon see the little icon on your task bar you don't have to do anything it will just show up, or depending on when your reading this it may already be there were wondering what it was(see figure below). Just click on the icon to open a chat, then click the tab that says new chat in the middle. Enter your email address and then the password help! also click remember my password. Are techs are often standing by and can resolve the issue with you quickly over the chat, if you start a chat and don't get a response don't worry it will create a ticket for you just chat the problem your having and it will create a ticket just like you sent an email to support@albrightnetworks.com
